Your account and content
Use an account you are authorized to access and protect its sign-in credentials. You retain your rights to your original content. You give Artivessa permission to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the features you use.
Upload and publish only material you have permission to use. Do not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, fraud, infringement, unauthorized account access, or attempts to disrupt the service. Public templates are visible to others and may be copied through the community features; do not publish private or confidential material.
Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
Pro costs $15 per month or $144 per year. Business costs $35 per month or $336 per year. Business is a single-user plan. The selected billing period and amount due are displayed at checkout; applicable taxes, if any, are shown there. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Cancel through Manage subscription in your studio account menu. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your paid services remain available until the current paid period expires. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Contact support about billing errors or if you cannot access cancellation. Subscription cancellation does not delete your account or designs.
AI and plan limits
AI assistance is included with active Pro and Business plans when connected. Text and editable designs use 1 credit; generated pictures use 10. Included credits reset each calendar month in UTC, including yearly subscriptions, and unused monthly credits do not roll over. Optional one-time packs provide 100 credits for $5 or 300 for $12. Purchased credits do not expire and require an active Pro or Business plan to use; they remain on your account if your subscription expires. Included credits are used first while the shared monthly allowance is available. Credit-pack payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunded or disputed purchases may have their credits withdrawn. Service availability and spending limits apply. Generated designs and pictures can be placed on the artboard; Undo is available. AI output may be inaccurate. Review it and confirm any rights or permissions needed before use. Storage, export, and other features depend on your plan and service limits.
Availability and responsibility
The service may experience outages, errors, or changes. Keep your own copies of important work and confirm print specifications before ordering printed materials. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular creative outcome. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Reports and service restrictions
Use the support form to report infringement, abuse, or other concerns, including the relevant public link. We may remove content or restrict access to address violations, security concerns, or legal requirements. Changes to prices or subscription terms will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal.
