Information used by Artivessa
We use your signed-in account identifier and profile information to identify your account. We store designs, uploaded images, saved revisions, profile preferences, subscription records, and usage counts to provide the editor and enforce plan limits. Hosting services may process network and diagnostic information to operate and protect the site.
Private designs and public templates
Saved projects and uploads are associated with your account. If you publish a community template, its published design, preview, and creator information become public. Other people may copy or download public material. Unpublishing cannot remove copies already made by others.
Payments and service providers
Stripe handles checkout and subscription management. Artivessa stores subscription identifiers, status, AI credit purchase receipts and balances; payment-card entry takes place through Stripe. Clerk handles Artivessa email/password sign-in, username, email verification, authentication cookies and account recovery. Artivessa does not store your password. Existing users may verify their former ChatGPT login to explicitly link their previous workspace. OpenAI provides that legacy sign-in and Sites hosting, with Cloudflare infrastructure used for application storage and hosting. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Optional AI assistance
When AI is connected and you request assistance, your prompt and a limited excerpt of visible text on the current canvas are sent to the OpenAI API to produce text, editable designs or generated pictures. This workflow does not send your canvas images. Avoid including confidential or sensitive personal information in prompts.
Artivessa requests that AI responses not be stored as Responses API application state. This does not mean zero retention: OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring data under its policies. API data is not used for model training by default. See OpenAI API data controls.
Retention and your choices
Saved content remains associated with your account while retained by the service. Version history and storage limits may remove older or unused material. Billing, security, and legal records may need to remain after a deletion request. Artivessa has no automatic account-deletion control; submit a support issue to request access, correction, or deletion. We verify account ownership before acting on private account data.
Your browser uses authentication information and local preferences to support sign-in and the editor. You can clear browser storage, but that does not delete server-side projects or billing records. Download important artwork separately; saved revision history is not a complete backup.
Support requests
When you submit an issue, we store your reply email, issue details, category and, if signed in, account identifier. Only authorized support administrators can review reports. Reports older than 180 days are removed when a new issue is submitted; verified legal obligations may require separate records.
Contact and changes
Send privacy questions or requests through the support form. This notice may change as the service changes; the effective date identifies the current version.
